Criteria Adds Sales, Customer Service Aptitude tests to HireSelect®

LOS ANGELES, CA - Criteria Corporation announced today that it has signed an agreement with Western Psychological Services, (WPS) a leading test publisher, to license two of WPS's personality tests. Criteria will adapt the Sales Achievement Predictor (SalesAP) and the Customer Service Aptitude Profile (Customer Service AP) for electronic delivery through Criteria's web-based HireSelect employee testing service.

The tests measure personality traits that are critical to success in sales and customer service positions. Each test's score report contains a comprehensive profile that lists relative strengths and weaknesses in the skills and behaviors associated with high performance in these positions and offers a specific recommendation regarding a person's job suitability for such positions. Validity scales identify applicants who are exaggerating strengths or minimizing weaknesses - and the scores of those applicants are automatically adjusted.
