The COVID Effect: Webinar Recap

Webinar recap

Earlier this week, we hosted a webinar to discuss COVID-19’s impact on hiring this year. For this webinar, we were joined by three experts on Criteria’s team who each bring a wealth of knowledge about the hiring landscape and the experiences that everyday hiring professionals face. The panel included Criteria team members Josh Millet, the CEO and co-founder; Ashir Badami, the Director of Product Marketing; and Kayla Mulligan, a Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

The panelists explored some of the most interesting data from our 2020 Hiring Benchmark Report. The Hiring Benchmark Report is an annual report that Criteria publishes based on a survey of hiring professionals from around the globe and across all industries. This year, the report was a little different because it covered topics relating to COVID-19, remote work, workplace diversity, and more.

In the webinar, the panelists discussed what the data says about hiring this year, and what it might suggest about hiring in 2021. Catch the webinar on-demand to learn more about:

  • HR and hiring trends of 2020
  • How organizations responded to the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Benchmarking data based on industry
  • Our predictions for 2021
  • And more!
